They say it takes a village, finding yours doesn’t have to be hard.
This new group for mothers of infants and young children, MOMtourage, will meet in the Youth Center, twice a month, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am to discuss all things mom-related. Whether it’s needing help, looking for advice, searching for a recommendation, or simply enjoying the company of other moms, this two-hour block is meant to be a time for you to share, learn and grow as a mother. Plan to meet at 9:00 am for coffee and time to chat, then starting at 9:30 am we will transition to mom-related chat. Childcare will be provided at no cost.
We are taking a break for the summer and will start back in the fall.
In addition to the bi-monthly meetings, the MOMtourage will meet for a fun social outing either in a members’ home or out on the town! These outings will include activities, seminars, dinners, tours… you name it!
For more information or questions, contact Director of Children’s Ministry, Margaret Evans.
Get out or stay in, but it never hurts to be in good company right? This MOMtourage Playgroup is just that… a group for infants, toddlers, and pre-schoolers and their Moms to come together for that social time they/we all so desperately yearn for. We meet once a month. Mothers will volunteer to take turns hosting the playgroup in their homes or out and about…at a local park, arts & crafts studio, lunch, etc. We would love to have you join us.
To show interest, contact Margaret Evans and meet us at our next play-date!
