“I will give thanks to you, Lord, with all of my heart; I will tell of all your wonderful deeds.”
Why is it good to pledge?
The church requires funds to exist to continue our education programs, and to do important mission work in our community and beyond. The church functions more efficiently when our financial officers know how much money they can expect to receive so they can budget more accurately. Think of it this way: to make a family budget, you need to know what your income will be. Your church is no different. To plan effectively, our leaders need to know what our income will be.
Can we count on you to make a pledge?
Three Ways to Pledge
Our pledge goal is 100% participation by church members. Remember, it is not how much you pledge but that you show your commitment to this church by pledging. Each member of Shallowford is mailed a pledge card with a return envelope for your prayerful consideration. No pledge is too small to be thankfully received. Pledges are confidential, known only to our financial leaders and can be adjusted simply by calling the church office. No questions will be asked.
Online pledges and contributions are now processed through Realm. Giving history for your 2020 pledge will also be available.
In addition to your pledge giving, you may also give other one-time or recurring gifts to Shallowford through Realm. Your gifts may be to provide general support to the ministries and missions of Shallowford or may be designated for a specific purpose. We are always grateful for your generosity and faithful support! Online giving is processed through Realm Connect.
“Shallowford 365” is our way of keeping in touch about stewardship at Shallowford throughout the year. You can expect regular financial updates, testimonials about the difference your gifts and pledges make in our community, and theological reflections on the ways God calls us to generosity. Our discipleship includes a call to faithful stewardship, 365 days a year!
